Power Punch

Oh ya another way I've added healthy things to my kids meals is by putting pureed coliflower into mashed potatoes or scrambled eggs. Tanner always ask for green eggs which is just cooked and then pureed spinach put into scrambled eggs. I also have a great recipe for homemade chicken nuggets that is pretty healthy if you're interested.

those are good ideas!! I wonder if Chloe would be up for green eggs? I would love to get your homemade chicken nuggets recipe. Chloe could eat nuggets for every meal if I'd let her! and if these are healthier than store bought ones, I'm up for it!
